Crazy "agreement" on calorie-counting site

And what a joy it is! My favourite condition was probably forbidding ‘Accessing a maximum of 20 pages per day and a maximum of 200 pages per month.’ And of course the usual ridiculous copyright bumpf. How common are ridiculous agreements like this? ”
